About this procedure
A general term for injections that claim to chemically break down fat cells. There are no officially approved PPC injection products in the country.
Who it's for
It is introduced for those wishing to improve localized fat, but it must first be noted that it is not an officially approved ingredient.
Procedure time
Approximately 5-10 minutes (based on contour injection data, individual products/formulations cannot be confirmed)
Anesthesia
Local — Minimizing pain with nano needles, cannulas, etc., and some clinics also use topical anesthesia (general standard for contour injections)
Recommended stay in Korea
1-3 days (general standard, confirmation with the clinic is necessary). Actual schedule should be confirmed during the clinic consultation.
Alternative procedures
Deoxycholic acid preparations (such as Violette) — Limited to under the chin, but it is a clearly approved ingredient.
Cautions
The fact that there are no domestic approved products is the biggest caution.
