Seoul Miin

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-08 · Version: 2026-10-08.2

1. Who we are and this policy

Seoul Miin (the "Service") is operated by OT MARKETING (representative: Jang Euntae, "we"). It is an AI pre-consultation, booking and refund platform that connects overseas patients with clinics in Korea. This policy explains what personal information the Service collects and why, how it is used and kept, where it is sent, and your rights.

2. Information we collect and why

We collect the following when you sign up and use the Service.

· Sign-up information: name, email, phone number (with country code), country, language, gender, age range, confirmation that you are a non-resident foreigner, and your referral code (if you entered one).

· Sign-in information: the account identifier and email provided by the sign-in method you choose (email link, Google, Apple, LINE).

· Consultation information: your conversations with the AI, the procedures and visit timing you select, the desired result, budget range, companions and accommodation you mention, and your messages with a clinic in a consultation room.

· Booking and visit information: booking time and clinic, visit date, amount paid, and receipt photos.

· Refund information: your USDT (TRC-20) wallet address, refund amount and status, and transaction records.

· Collected automatically: access and usage logs, and a log of administrative changes (audit log).

Purposes: identifying members and managing accounts, providing AI consultations, booking and handing over to clinics, confirming visits and paying refunds, preventing misuse, answering inquiries, and improving the Service.

The Service does not collect payment card details or ID documents.

3. Processing of health information (sensitive data)

Medications, allergies, past procedures or surgeries, possible pregnancy or breastfeeding, and photos that you share during a consultation are sensitive health information. We process them only with your separate consent, and only (1) to give safety guidance in AI consultations and (2) to pass them to the clinic you book or consult with, in a handover card.

Sharing health information is for the quality of your consultation; it is not a diagnosis or prescription. If you do not consent, you cannot use AI consultations. You may withdraw consent by contacting us; information already passed to a clinic is not affected.

4. Retention

· Audit log (administrative changes): automatically deleted 90 days after it is recorded (cleaned up weekly).

· One-time clinic-linking tokens: automatically deleted 7 days after they expire.

· Sign-up, consultation, booking, receipt and refund records: kept until you ask us to delete them or you leave the Service. There is currently no automatic deletion period for these records.

· Records we must keep under law (for example transaction and payment records) are kept separately for the period the law requires and then destroyed.

5. Sharing with third parties (affiliated clinics)

When you confirm a booking with a clinic or start a conversation with one (messenger link or consultation room), we provide the following to that clinic only: patient code, name, contact details (email and phone), country, procedures of interest, desired result, budget range, planned visit timing, health information (allergies, medications, past procedures), and booking time. The purpose is confirming the booking and conducting the consultation; the clinic's retention follows its own policy and medical-records law.

Before you book or start a consultation, we do not give personal information to any clinic. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

6. Transfer of personal information abroad

The Service uses the systems of the overseas companies below, so your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries. Transfers happen over encrypted connections whenever needed while you use the Service. If you do not consent to the transfer, you cannot use AI consultations.

The retention period for each recipient is the period during which the Service is provided; each processor's own retention policy may also apply.

8. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop its processing, or to withdraw consent. After signing up you can edit your details in "My info"; for deletion, leaving the Service or withdrawing consent, contact us and we will handle it without delay after verifying your identity. If you withdraw a required consent, you cannot use AI consultations.

9. Minors

Users under 19 need a parent or guardian's consent for procedures and surgery. The Service tells users in their teens about this during sign-up and marks the information passed to clinics as concerning a minor.

We do not collect personal information from children under 14, and we ask you to confirm that you are 14 or older when signing up. If we find that someone is under 14, we delete the information without delay.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the effective date and version and post it on this page. For important changes that need your consent, we ask for it again before you use the Service.
