1. What this Service is

Seoul Miin (the "Service") is operated by OT MARKETING. The Service provides information about Korean dermatology and plastic-surgery procedures and, if you choose, connects you with a partner clinic for a consultation. The Service is an information and connection service — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical facility. Any decision about whether a procedure is right for you must be made with a licensed clinic.

2. AI-generated content

Answers in the chat are generated by an AI system using our procedure database as its factual source. While we take measures to keep answers accurate and grounded in that database, AI-generated text can still contain errors. Nothing in the chat is a diagnosis or a personal medical recommendation — it is general reference information, and the connected clinic's own consultation governs.

Images and videos shown alongside procedure descriptions are AI-generated illustrations of the general treatment area, not photos of real patients or real results.

3. Pricing

We do not display or quote prices on this Service. Pricing for any procedure is set and confirmed by the connected clinic directly, not by us.

4. Clinic relationship and responsibility

Partner clinics are independent medical providers, not our employees or agents. We are not responsible for the medical judgment, treatment outcomes, pricing, scheduling, or any other conduct of a clinic you are connected with. Any medical consultation, procedure, or complaint should be addressed directly with that clinic.

Submitting a connection request through this Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship with us, and does not guarantee that a clinic will contact you or that any particular procedure will be available or suitable.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information in the AI chat or connection request form; attempt to circumvent the usage rate limits; use the Service to harass, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to partner clinics; scrape, copy, or republish the procedure database at scale without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OT MARKETING is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from a clinic's medical treatment.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
