How it works

Get a refund after your clinic visit in four steps.

    Referral code (optional)

    Enter a referral code when you sign up if you have one. You can sign up without one too (5% refund).

    Visit the clinic

    Visit an affiliated clinic in Korea and pay for your treatment.

    Verify

    Upload your receipt photo. We verify your visit.

  4. 4

    Get your refund

    Once the clinic's payment is confirmed, your refund is sent to your wallet.

Refund rates: 5% without a code · 10% on surgery and 7% on procedures with a code. The refund applies only to surgery and procedure costs and is paid after the clinic's payment is confirmed. It may take some time.

FAQ

I lost my code

Your code (starting with P-) is always shown under “My bookings & refunds” in the left menu and at the top of that screen after you log in. Log in again with the account you registered with.

I didn't get a receipt

Ask the clinic desk for a receipt (or payment statement). You can upload it as a photo or PDF. Without a receipt, nothing can be uploaded.

When will I get my refund?

Your refund is sent to your wallet once the clinic's payment has been confirmed. This can take some time; you can follow the progress in the refund history under “My bookings & refunds”.

I want to change my wallet address

Open “My bookings & refunds” in the left menu (on phones, tap ≡ at the top left) and press [Change wallet] in the wallet box. Make sure the address is on the TRC-20 (Tron) network.

I can't reach the clinic

Use [Contact clinic] on your “My booking” card to try another contact channel (LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.). Please tell them your code when you contact them.

Are medication and test fees refunded too?

No. The refund applies only to surgery and procedure costs. Medication, tests, consultation fees, cosmetics and similar items are not eligible; after checking your receipt, we confirm the amount based on surgery and procedure costs only.
